Policromia produces covering, balconies and terraces waterproofings without demolishing old tile floorings with simple finisching degrees or fine decorations.
It is not an invasive intervention because it doesn’t require expensive dismantling works, especially waste dismantling works.
The execution time is short and we dont’ need access platforms, scaffolds or somenthing else.
